Music has traditionally been a very important part of life at Upper Columbia Academy. Our Band has almost 70 members, and our Choir has right at 80 members. There are several smaller group to participate in for more advanced musicians including the Choraliers, a 24 voice touring choir that is headed to Carnegie Hall in New York for the second time this June, a Flute ensemble, a Brass quintet that has toured Alaska, a French Horn octet, a Brass choir in a group numbering about 20 members, a Saxophone quartet, a vocal octet, and new for next year, a string ensemble. We offer free voice and instrument lessons, and piano, string, and guitar lessons are available for a fee. 60% of our student body participates in music every year. We would love for you to come join us and help us make beautiful music.
